Our designers get to know you, your space, and your goals. With access to our wide range of suppliers, our designers will offer a unique solution that combines the perfect fixture in the right finish that will make an impact.
Technical Expertise
How much light is needed? How much natural light is available? What is the purpose of the space? Should I use recessed lighting or a fixture? Are LEDs the right solution? How will the lighting be controlled? Can we use a voice command system like Alexa or Google? There are so many technical questions to consider. Don’t worry. Our designers have the technical expertise to explain the details and guide you to your best choices.
In our 60 minute appointment we will ask questions to present the best fixture options for your project. We will identify differences in fixture quality, style, price in a design collaboration with you. We will use technology to superimpose fixture options in your space so you can visualize the finished product. (Room measurements will be the responsibility of the client.)

The number of 60-minute appointments for remodeling projects and custom build projects varies based upon the total number of fixtures that are needed. We recommend you begin your lighting selections at the start of rough electric to allow for fixture lead times and custom height placements of sconces and exterior fixtures. During the first appointment, we begin by co-creating an agenda based upon your individual priorities and construction schedule. We will utilize our beautifully curated showroom to consider materials, finishes and proportions. As we start selections, we will use our technology to create concept boards to show how each selection works together to support the design as a whole.

Customer assumes responsibility for communication with the builder, AV contractor, and electrician.
Getting ready to sell your home? A lighting consultant will visit your home within 48 hours to make recommendations to update your fixtures for the current market. Measurements and recessed can trim counts will be taken. Because photographs are so important in today’s real estate market…..lighting is a relatively inexpensive way to update your home to maximize your return when selling.
